It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner's car has already been recovered and is there in the custody of the police. As such, the petitioner's grievance ventilated in the present petitioner has been redressed. Learned counsel for the State relies on a report and submits that the car in question has indeed been recovered. In view of the redressal of the petitioner's grievance ventilated in the present petitioner, no further order need be passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without costs.
The presence of the Investigating Officer is noted and is dispensed with.
