The present revision of the year 2019 is against the order dated 15th March, 2019, passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore in connection with M. Ex. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
