Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, points out that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 02.04.2026 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 1030 of 2026. Having considered that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner very recently, I am of the view that the present application for bail do not require any consideration within a short span of time.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 743 of 2026 is dismissed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
