Affidavit of service filed by the learned advocate for the petitioner is taken on record. None appears on behalf of the opposite party in spite of service.

The petitioner has filed a suit being Matrimonial Suit No. 3240 of 2019 seeking dissolution of her marriage with the opposite party by a decree of divorce.

The said suit is pending before the 10th Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Alipore, District 24-Parganas (South).

The petitioner is praying a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that issue in the suit has already been framed.

In view of the nature of the suit, the learned Trial Judge is requested to expedite the disposal of the said suit and in doing so, shall not

grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1058 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
