By the impugned order, the learned Trial Court was pleased to reject the application under Order 26 Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

It is submitted by Ms. Suman Biswas, learned Counsel representing the petitioner that the Title Suit being 76 of 2011 has since been disposed of by the learned Trial Court. Thus, the revisional application has lost its relevance.

Considering as such, this revisional application stands disposed of being infructuous.
