It has been brought to the notice of this Court by Ms. Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State that the trial of the case has already been completed and records reflect that the present petitioner was discharged.
In view of the changed circumstances, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1300 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
