Mr. Saibal Acharya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that there are some technical defects in the writ petition and prays leave to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

Leave, as prayed for by Mr. Acharya, is granted. WPA 6554 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

The connected urgency application being CAN 5323 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
