Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore in connection with G. R. Case No. 6255 of 2016 arising out of Belghoria P. S. Case No. 716 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 under Sections 395/412/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the undertaking given by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I direct that in case the petitioner was earlier granted bail, he may be allowed to continue on the same bail

subject to the condition that he will furnish bond by way of a local surety who would submit the title deed of a property. This order would remain valid till 26th July, 2023. If the petitioner do not surrender by 27th July, 2023, the learned A. C. J. M., Barrackpore would proceed to the next harsher process of law. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1339 of 2023 along with the connection application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
