Mr. Saibal Acharya, Mr. Bidyut Baran Biswas, Mr. Ranjit Kumar Rath for the petitioner Mr. Lalit Mahato, Mrs. Anima Chakraborty for the State The petitioner alleges that the private respondent is forcefully restraining her from entering into the property in question. According to the petitioner the property is recorded in her name.

The petitioner lodged a complaint before the police. The petitioner alleges that the police has not taken any steps in response to the complaint lodged by her. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondent submits that necessary steps have been taken in response to the complaint made by the petitioner and a Non-Cognizance Report being No. 208/20 dated 23rd August 2020 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been filed before the learned court below.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The petitioner shall however be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for necessary relief, if so advised.

The writ petition being WPA No. 6557 (W) of 2020 along with the connected applications being IA CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 5328 of 2020 are disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
