Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the first information report was lodged fifteen months from the date of the incident. The petitioners are falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the dying declaration made by the victim lady to her father. He also refers to the other materials in the case diary. He submits that the husband of the victim lady is absconding.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the statement made by the victim lady to her father, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM 3459 of 2021 is dismissed.
