Mr. Saibalendu Bhowmik, learned counsel for the West Bengal Medical Council submits that the order has been complied with and an appropriate decision has been taken by the Council.

The Council found that the charges against Dr. Tusti Ganguly could not be substantiated. The order dated 26th July, could not, however, be communicated to the petitioners due to sudden illness of the Registrar. Let a copy of the order dated 26th July, 2023 is taken on record.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

5.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
