Despite being served, the State remains unrepresented on several occasions. This Court directed the petitioners to serve a notice to the learned advocate who entered his appearance for the State respondents, informing him that the matter would be taken up today. However, despite receipt of such notice, no one appears to represent the State. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, and considering the materials on record, I am of the view that the presence of the State is essential for the effective adjudication of this writ petition.

I find that Mr. Dhole, learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State, is present in Court today. I request Mr. Dhole to appear in this matter and obtain the necessary instructions. Let Mr. Dhole's appointment be regularized, along with a junior of his choice.

List the matter for further consideration two weeks after the Puja vacation.
