Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. We have also examined the statement of the victim girl. Statement of the victim girl implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Victim had also suffered injuries. Offence if proved would attract a minimum sentence of twenty years of rigorous imprisonment. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
