Ayaan ..for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the plaintiff challenging an order being no.89 dated 9th April, 2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), at Haldia in Title Suit No. 250 of 2011.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that by the order impugned the opposite parties have been granted permission for performing puja upon the suit plot from 20th April, 2025 to 2nd May, 2025.

After going through the order impugned this Court finds that the opposite parties have been granted permission for performing the pujas upon the suit plot from 20th April, 2025 to 2nd May, 2025 subject to the condition that they will restore the suit land to its actual position and status after performing pujas. Since the Kali

Puja has already started, this Court is not inclined to entertain this revisional application at this stage. It is, however, made clear that the learned trial judge shall proceed with the hearing of the suit as well as other interlocutory applications without being influenced by any of the observations made in the order impugned.

With the above observations and directions, C.O. 1355 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
