Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased an immovable property in 1987. The petitioner was cultivating the land since then. The private respondents are now obstructing the petitioner in enjoyment of the rights of the land. Complaints to the police are not evoking any response.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and on enquiry, police learnt that there are civil disputes between the private parties with regard to the immovable property. The police submitted a prosecution under section 107 Cr.P.C.

Apparently, the disputes between the private parties relate to the immovable property. The private parties are liberty to avail of their remedies before the civil court in accordance

with law. So far as the complaint to the police is concerned, the police acted on such complaint and submitted a prosecution under section 107 Cr.P.C.

In such circumstances, no further interference is called for by a writ court.

WPA 9954 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
