And In Re : Partha Ghosh @ Bapi Ghosh ...... petitioner Mr. Prantick Ghosh Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar Mr. Prasad Bhattacharya Mr. Bitan Das ....for the petitioner Mr. S. S. Imam Mr. S. Kundu ....for the State Leave granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause title.

Two minors recorded statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioner in the incident of assault, outraging their modesty and inappropriate touch.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1611 of 2023 is dismissed.
