Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2020 (old no. 4365 of 2020) is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim in the light of the evidence on record particularly the fact that the petitioner has been identified in the course of test identification parade and as his prayer for bail was rejected

earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
