Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite the specific order of this court dated March 5, 2020, the alleged contemnor blatantly violated the same and refused to give police protection to the petitioner in order to carry out the order of the Civil Court. In view of ingredients of contempt having been prima facie made out, the petitioner shall serve copies of the contempt application on the alleged contemnors indicating that the matter shall next be returnable on February 24, 2022, when the petitioner shall file an affidavit-of-service to show such service.
