Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (CRAN 4369 of 2020) is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in dealing in causing grievous eye injury resulting in hospitalization, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of offence, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
