It is the only grievance of the petitioner that Joynagar Police Station Case No.1203 of 2018 dated 13th December, 2018 under Sections 341/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act and Sections 3 / 4 of the Explosives Substance Act was committed to the Court of Sessions without complying the provision of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and supplying the copies of the documents which the prosecution wants to rely to the accused persons. Commitment without complying Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is an irregular order. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur is directed to prepare entire sets of documents which the prosecution wants to rely during trial for each of the accused persons

within a fortnight and deliver the same to the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the accused persons at the earliest. The time limit set out in the instant revision is peremptory and the learned Magistrate shall supply the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure within the time frame positively.
