Bhattacharya Mr. Bishal Bhattacharya ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the father praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Family Court, Tamluk to dispose Act-VIII Case No.40 of 2023 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates appearing before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that June 18, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petition filed by the father for visitation of the minor daughter. The opposite party herein was directed to file written objection in the meantime. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tamluk is requested to take up the hearing of the petition filed by

the father praying for visitation of minor daughter on the next date fixed i.e. on June 18, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endeavor to see that the same is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory applications the learned Judge, Family Court, Tamluk is requested to dispose of Act-VIII proceeding as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observations and directions CO 1357 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
