The petitioner is aggrieved by the date fixed for ex parte hearing by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat in M. Case No. 385 of 2023 vide its order dated 14.03.2024.
In case the petitioner files an application under Section 126 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the learned Magistrate will consider the contentions of the petitioner, the conduct and thereafter decide whether the case should proceed ex parte or the said order should be recalled. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1435 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
