2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim stated petitioner had forcibly raped her. Her statement corroborated by her child.

3. In view of the materials on record and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. C.R.M. (A) No. 1214 of 2024 is dismissed.
