September 22, 2021 In the matter of : An application for relaxation of conditions of bail filed under C.R.A.N. 2 of 2021 on June 23, 2021;

This application has been filed by the petitioner No. 1 in the application for anticipatory bail praying for relaxation of condition imposed upon him while granting bail on August 28, 2020 to the extent it directs the petitioner no. 1 to meet the investigating officer of this case once in a week until further orders. The Officer in-charge of Haridevpur Police Station, has filed a report in court today, which is taken on record. In consideration of the report, as above, which supports the case made out by the petitioner no. 1 for relaxation of conditions, we modify the aforesaid condition and direct that the petitioner shall report to the investigating officer once in a month until further orders. Other conditions imposed upon the petitioners while granting bail shall remain unaltered. We are informed that charge sheet in the instant case is likely to be filed within one week from date. We, therefore, further add that the petitioner shall be present on each and every date of hearing before the trial court unless prevented by any unavoidable circumstances.
