Let a copy of this application be served Mr. Imran Ali and Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned counsels, who are present in Court today and who ordinarily appear on behalf of the State. Their engagement may be regularised in due course by the competent authority of the State. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a witness in a case instituted by her daughter. The petitioner is about seventy years old. Due to ill health, she could not attend on a few dates the learned Trial Court as a witness. First, a bailable warrant of arrest and thereafter, a non-bailable warrant of arrest was issued seeking her attendance. The petitioner undertakes to remain present before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to be present before the learned Trial Court on the next date for hearing i.e., on 18.06.2022.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State and have perused the revision petition.

The next date fixed for hearing is 18.06.2022. In the interest of justice, the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed till 20th June, 2022. The petitioner shall appear as a witness before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed i.e. on 18.06.2022.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of .
