Gora Mondal @ Gora Chand Mondal v. State Of West Bengal
C.R.R.1345 of 2023 D/L64 07.03.2024 Bpg.
In Re: An application under Section 401 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India;
Gora Mondal @ Gora Chand Mondal
Versus
State of West Bengal The petitioner is not present when the revisional application is called today. Records reflect that an accommodation was prayed for on 6th December, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to Joypur Police Station Case No.103 of 2019 which was registered for investigation under Sections 364/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The enclosure to the revisional application reflects only the order dated 04.02.2023. There is no persuasion on behalf of the petitioner in respect of the prayer which was refused by the leaned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amta, Howrah in connection with S.C. No.37 of 2022.
Having considered the same and the fact that there is no persuasion, I am of the view that further pendency of the revisional application is unwarranted.
Accordingly, CRR 1345 of 2023 is dismissed.
Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
