The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that so far as the date of registration of the FIR is concerned, the same has been wrongly inserted in the petition. He has referred to a copy of the FIR which reflects that bail application was moved in respect of Islampur P.S. Case No.267 of 2020 dated 28.5.2020. So far as the application is concerned, therein, the learned Advocate has inadvertently written "12.5.2020" instead of "28.5.2020".

Accordingly, the order dated 25.8.2020 be corrected by deleting the date of the P.S. Case "May 12, 2020" and by inserting the date of the P.S. Case "May 28, 2020" and be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 25.8.2020.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is given liberty to amend the cause title in the bail application. So far as other portion of the order is concerned, the same remains unaltered.
