Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that both the petitioner and the accused are major. They have love affair. Out of the love affair they lived together.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner projected himself before the victim as a bachelor and has been carrying on love affair with the victim. Therefore, the petitioner is practicing fraud. In support of this contention, the learned advocate for the State draws the attention to the statement of the victim and

the wife of the petitioner recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the materials on record and also the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 5956 of 2020 is disposed of.
