The grievance of the petitioners is against non-absorption as teachers of the Raiganj University.

It is the case of the petitioners that there were four (4) persons and out of them one Dr. Satrughna Singh had approached this court for the relief of absorption as teacher of the said college by way of filing a writ petition being WPA No. 11299 of 2020, which was disposed of by this court on 17th March, 2021 and in compliance of such order the State respondents has already considered the case of the petitioners in WPA No. 11299 of 2020 as appears at page 101 of the instant writ petition.

Considering the submissions of the parties and the record at page 95 of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to make an effective representation against their grievances as raised in this writ petition before the respondent no. 2, within days from date, and if such representation is made by the petitioners, the respondent no. 2 shall consider and dispose of such representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after taking into consideration the order passed by this court on 21st January, 2021 in WPA No.

11299 of 2020 and while disposing such representation, the respondent no. 2 shall also take into consideration the aspect as to whether the case of the petitioners are similar to that of the petitioners in WPA No. 11299 of 2020 or not. The respondent no. 2 shall take his decision within 4 weeks from date of making such representation and shall communicate his decisions to the petitioners within one week thereafter.

Before disposing of such representation of the petitioners, the respondent no. 2 shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or

their authorised representatives by virtual or physical mode whichever is feasible.

It is needless to mention that the respondent no. 2 will act strictly in accordance with law while considering such reprsentation. The writ petition WPA 9966 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
