Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the incident arose out of property dispute. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury reports of the victims as well as the statement of the victims and the eye witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.). The injury suffered by the victims are severe in nature. The statements in the case diary implicates all the petitioners in the incident. Consequently, we are unable to enlarge any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2148 of 2022 is dismissed.
