The subject matter of the writ petition reflects that the petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the progress of Haidevpur P.S. Case No.261 of 2023 as also other consequential reliefs.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities on conclusion of investigation have already submitted charge-sheet in connection with the aforesaid case.

Having considered that the jurisdictional court is in seisin of the issue, petitioner would be at liberty to canvass rest of the issue before the jurisdictional court. Since charge-sheet has already been submitted, I direct that the learned Magistrate would assess in respect of the accusations and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9589 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
