Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of obtaining permission for construction of boundary wall, the private respondents have been interfering with the same and creating disturbance. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities, however, they did not take any steps. Report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Bhangar Police Station reflects that the private respondents did not obstruct lawful work of the petitioner and subsequently proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities have taken steps, I am of the view that

further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. However, the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8976 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
