In the writ petition prayer is made for registering FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners before the concerned police authority.

However, learned advocate representing the respondent nos.5 & 6 has submitted that FIR was already registered being No.182 of 2026 dated 19th April, 2026 by the concerned authority of Matia Police Station, Basirhat Police District. Copy of the FIR placed before this Court is taken on record.

In view of registering FIR, it appears that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
