None appeared for the petitioner on October 4, 2021 also. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim and to the fact that the victim was six months' pregnant at the time of her injury.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 3475 of 2021 is dismissed.
