Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He submits that there are no evidence to corroborate the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the code of Criminal Procedure. The prayer for bail was rejected on March 29, 2022 when the 164 statement of the victim was noted.

In the facts of the present case, there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated March 29, 2022 warranting grant of bail to the petitioner. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1272 of 2022 is dismissed.
