The petitioner alleges that despite order passed by the Court on May 14, 2009 in WP 3617 (W) of 2009 with WP 5755 (W) of 2009 with WP 7041 (W) of 2009 restraining the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Hooghly from approving the panel as directed vide order dated December 3, 2008 the panel has been approved.

The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Hooghly is directed to file a report by way of an affidavit to show that the restraint order passed by the Court has been complied with.

Re-list the matter on January 27, 2026.

Copy of the report shall be served upon the learned advocate representing the petitioner in advance.
