And In the matter of : Mathura Nath Pal @ Mathura Pal ...... petitioner Mr. Sujoy Sarkar, Mr. Rahul Chachan ....for the petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Mr. Kaushik Kundu ....for the State There are documentary evidence suggesting that the petitioner is involved in a racket which took money from the public on the promise of government job.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM (A) 1591 of 2023 is rejected.
