Nayeemul Haque Mr. Asif Mehdi ... for the respondent no. 5 As appears from the report of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Murshidabad, the pupil-teacher ratio of the school is 67.17 which is much above the ratio as has been laid down under the rules being Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Therefore, the petitioner cannot get transfer at this stage. However, he is granted liberty to file appropriate application for his transfer as and when situation will arise.

The report of the DI of schools and the affidavit of service filed in court today are kept with the record.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
