Petitioner approached this Court as the Inspector-in-Charge, Joynagar Police Station did not respond to the information which was furnished by her.

The subject matter of the writ petition stems out from a family feud. Number of informations have been furnished to the police authorities. To that effect, G.D. Entries have been recorded by the police station. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a recent G.D. Entry No.1079 dated 17.08.2025. Having considered that a family feud is continuing for a considerable period of time and the police authorities are well aware regarding the existing relationship, I am of the view that police authorities would only interfere if there is violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9588 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
