Matter was taken up for consideration on 6th November, 2025 when no one appeared for the petitioner. By passing order dated 6th November, 2025, Court directed the matter to appear under the heading 'Motion' on 19th November, 2025.

Today matter is called on when accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner and same is refused.

Union of India is represented by Mr. Atarup Banerjee, learned advocate who submits that writ petition is not maintainable at this stage before the Hon'ble High Court as petitioner has ventilated grievance relating to the selection process for being appointed in the post under Central Government. 4.

Court has perused the recruitment notification which was uploaded on the website on 24th June,

2024. It appears that selection process pertains to the posts under Central Government. If petitioner has grievance relating to conducting such selection process, he is required to approach Central Administrative Tribunal.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on the self-same cause of action.
