The present revisional application has been preferred for transfer of proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure from the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Arambagh, Hooghly to the Court of the learned C.J.M., Alipore, 24 Parganas (South).

The reason so assigned in the application for transfer are not in consonance with the principle of law. The factual circumstances which have been assigned are not acceptable to this Court for the purposes of transfer of the case, I do not find any reason to interfere with the proceedings for the limited purposes of transfer. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1211 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
