1. Errors contained in the judgment and order dated August 11, 2025 are mentioned at the behest of the private respondent.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that, M.A.T. 2198 of 2024 was disposed of by an order dated April 2, 2025.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that, the order adding the respondent as a party to W.P.A. 6527 of 2014 was finally decided in M.A.T. 2198 of 2024.

4. This contention of the private respondent that, the issue as to whether the respondent in the present appeal would be a party respondent in W.P.A. 6527 of 2014 was not decided, according to the learned advocate appearing for the appellant.

5. State is represented.

6. In view of the rival contentions, we find that there is only one typographical error in the judgment and order dated August 11, 2025 apparent on the face of the record which can be corrected.

7. The last sentence of paragraph-6 should be replaced by the following:- "M.A.T. 2198 of 2024 was disposed of by an order dated April 2, 2025".

8. So far as the other portion of the order is concerned, correction which is prayed for on behalf of the private respondent, we keep such point open. We do not find it to be an error appearing in the face of the order itself for us to correct it as typographical error.

9. In the first page, name of the advocate for the appellant "Julfikiar" be replaced with "Julfikar".

10. Department will incorporate such corrections in the judgment and order dated August 11, 2025.
