The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 06.08.2020 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Egra, Purba Medinipur in Misc. Case No.291 of 2020 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the time period prescribed under the relevant provisions of Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the opinion that Misc. Case No.291 of 2020 has become infructuous. Accordingly, Misc. Case No.291 of 2020 is hereby quashed.

Consequently, CRR 1125 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
