1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to the fact that there is some inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated 18.08.2025. Learned counsel pointed out the relevant paragraphs.

2. In the forth line of paragraph 2 at page 1 and in the third line of 18th paragraph the words "10th Court" should be read as "19th Court". In the second line of 7th paragraph at page 2 the word "Copurt" should be read as "Court".

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

4. The other portion of the order dated 18.08.2025 will remain unaltered.

5. This order be treated as a part of the order dated 18.08.2025.
