Petitioners approached this court as the police authorities refused to act on the representation which was furnished on 24.01.2023. State has submitted a report which reflects that there was a criminal case being Simlapal PS Case No.

75/22 wherein on completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted by the Investigating Authority.

Subsequently, a proceeding under section 107 Cr.P.C. has also been drawn up. Police authorities are aware regarding the inimical relationship already existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

Having considered that the representation which was furnished with the police authorities is on 24.01.2023 and the same was because of the petitioners facing agony for being attacked at the

hands of the private respondents who are of dangerous character and no steps being taken by the police authorities, I direct that if the same inconveniences are faced by the petitioners till date they would furnish a fresh representation which the Inspector-in-charge, Simlapal Police Station will take into account and proceed in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 8886 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
