1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he wants that the trial in connection with G.R. Case No. 605 of 2020 arising out of Kotulpur Police Station Case No. 119 of 2020 dated 20.10.2020 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate Court, Bishnupur be expedited.

2. It appears from the record that charge sheet was submitted on 29.03.2021 but till date charges are not framed.

3. I have found certain merits in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application is allowed directing the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur to conclude the trial after framing of charge as expeditiously as possible after giving opportunities to all the parties concerned

and come to a logical conclusion of the trial within a period of two years.

5. The criminal revisional application is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
