Records of the writ petition reflect that the petitioner was aggrieved by the progress of Chandipur P.S. Case No.27 of 2024. The petitioner, as such, approached this Court particularly with regard to the accused persons not being traced in course of investigation.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that in course of investigation, police authorities were able to trace out the accused persons.

In case there is further grievance of the petitioner, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court for addressing his grievance. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9601 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
