2. None appears for the opposite parties.

3. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code being M Case No.106 of 2023, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore.

4. As the interim maintenance case is pending since 2023 and no interim order of maintenance was passed, it would be appropriate to request the learned Court in seisin of such matter to hear and dispose of such proceeding preferably within six months from date.

5. In doing so, learned Court may not afford any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

6. CRR 1746 of 2025 is disposed of.
