If the petitioner No.1 approaches the police authorities of Narendra Police Station within a week from date, with a request to escort her back to her matrimonial home, the police authorities shall ensure the safe entry of the petitioner to the matrimonial home. The petitioner shall go alone not being accompanied by any other male member in view of the allegations and counterallegations. The petitioner and the respondent No.5 shall reside in their respective portions, amicably and the police authorities shall ensure that the parties do not create any law and order problem.

The police authorities have investigated on the basis of the complaints filed by the parties and both the investigations have resulted in filing of charge sheets. Thus, this Court does not find any inaction of the police, in the matter.

The legal protections which are available to the parties under the relevant laws, may be availed of and this order shall be subject to any further orders that may be passed from time to time by the relevant courts or forum.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
