1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court be taken on record.

2. None appears for the opposite parties.

3. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of execution proceeding under the provision of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

4. The execution case is pending since 2024 and the original case is of 2021, it would be appropriate to request the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, at Alipore before whom such execution proceedings are pending to try and endeavour to dispose of such execution proceedings within six months from date.

5. In doing so, learned Court is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

6. CRR 1747 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
